Returns Policy & Procedure for Unused Goods

The Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) give the consumer the right to a cooling-off period of fourteen (14) working days once the order has been delivered. However, under our own guarantee, this is extended to thirty (30) days. The cooling-off period is essentially a right to cancel your order for any reason and return it to us free of charge.

Where goods may turn out to be faulty or are misdescribed, the consumer may reject the products and the cancellation period of 30 days does not apply. This will be dealt with under our returns procedure below.

If you have received goods and have changed your mind, you may return them to us subject to the following conditions:
1. You must inform us within thirty working days of receiving the product that you wish to cancel in writing via email.
2. The item(s) must be unused, unopened and without any damage to the product or exterior packaging.

We will refuse any items returned if:
1. The goods have not been returned within 30 days of notification.
2. The product packaging has been opened or the seals have been broken.
Goods that are rejected due to the reasons above will be returned to the customer.

Returns Policy & Procedure for Faulty Goods
A returns number must be obtained via email from us, before returning any faulty goods. Links from our site
